Organized Anesthesia
and the Government

is essential for excellent anesthetic patient care. The Alabama Cup is a trophy established by
the Alabama Society of Anesthesiologists to promote political awareness on such
professional issues important to the anesthesiology community. Thomas A. Joas, M.D., the recipient, is

Library-Museum of Anesthesiology. He

on how the WLM could meet the needs of the ASA members and the expectations of
the ASA House of Delegates.
