NYSSA Fan     The fan was produced in 1991 by NYSSA for distribution at the NYSSA-sponsored exhibit at the New York State Fair. The exhibit is organized by the NYSSA's Committee on Public Education and Information and its purpose is to provide information to the public on what anesthesiologists do. It is staffed each year by physician members of the NYSSA from all districts. The Fair runs for 12 days each year, opening on the second to last Thursday in August and ending on Labor Day.
