A collection of Dr. David M. Little Jr’s bimonthly contributions to the Classical File of Survey of Anesthesiology over a period of 25 years. Dr. Little culled medical literature from the 18th Century through the 1960’s for seminal papers which led to landmark changes in the evolution of anesthesiology. Dr. Little’s brilliant introductions remained untouched.
